“Staff are SuperNode’s most important asset. We work hard to create a welcoming, inclusive and enjoyable work environment for our staff. To hear that almost 100% of staff are proud to tell people they work at SuperNode is deeply satisfying. Being a Great Place to Work is something we strive for and it is encouraging to have our efforts confirmed by an independent source. We were thrilled to receive our accredidation last year – to retain it this year with even higher scores is fantastic and a credit to all our staff.”

  • 98% of staff say they are proud to tell others they work for SuperNode
  • 98% say when I look at what we accomplish, I feel a sense of pride.
  • 93% say they want to work here for a long time
  • 96% would strongly endorse SuperNode to friends and family as a Great Place to work
  • 98% say management is approachable and easy to talk with

Great Place to Work conducts ‘The Trust Index Employee Experience Survey’ which measures the extent to which an organisation is considered to be a great workplace by staff. It operates in over 60 countries, surveys more than 7000 organisations each year and has 30+ years of experience.

Staff were surveyed on 17 areas within the company. In order to receive the certification an organisation needs to show a high level of trust with a score of at least 65%. SuperNode far outperformed this mark with a score of 93% – An exceptionally high level of trust.

Here are some quotes from SuperNode staff, submitted anonymously to the survey:

“Individuals have close relationships with their line managers, and since the organization system is quite flat it means individuals are quire close to upper managers and the exec. This allows for individual empowerment and produces a company where every employee has the power to drive their own projects and help steer the organization.”

“Growth opportunity, supported career development, everyday is different than the day before (I like it).”

“There is a good mix of ages here and everyone seems to get a long very well. It has a very relaxed atmosphere. Very good benefits and Supernode is very flexible and accommodating if needed by employees.”

“We are working on an incredibly interesting product – I still find it hard to believe that made some of the decisions that we did early on in terms of what we wanted to do as a company because they were objectively mad ideas, but the fact we’re now implementing those ideas and making them work blows my mind each and every day. It also helps so much that it’s a product that has the potential to make the world a better place, as opposed to past jobs where I’ve had interesting work, but it felt like it was meaningless in the grand scheme of things.”
